the hotel has complimentary refreshments in the lobby. i found this convenient. the walking tour included two staff members and it was amazing! the tour provided a great way to understand my surroundings.
the minibar had limited options. only soft drinks and beer were available to me. the complimentary evening cocktails were also disappointing. i sampled sangria and punch and they felt cheap.

The staff were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. The tours were nice and included a yoga class. Really good coffees and tasty breakfast were available. The staff assisted with a dinner reservation for five people (on a Saturday night, mind you!). I loved the little treats, candy, snacks, and amenities offered, including complimentary drinks.

i was greeted with complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. the porter showed me to my room and thoroughly explained everything (i found this very helpful). the room was super clean and included a spa-type bath and shower alongside a fantastic selection of toiletries.
the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, which caused some service delays. breakfast, while extensive, sometimes took over an hour, a bit long.

The hotel is in an excellent location I found it easy to reach many attractions. Free bottled water and a complimentary mini bar were nice extras. The staff created a special atmosphere.
The minibar was limited only soft drinks and beer were available. On departure the concierge remained seated while I struggled with suitcases.
